I purchased a Samsung Eco Bubble from Curry's in August. It was plumbed in mid September as I was having a new kitchen fitted it could not be plumbed in until then. Since then I have had an engineer round to adjust the door, another one to put anew door on, another one to change the drum last week, with another engineer due next week to change the motor. So, 4 repairs in 3.5 months.
Despite different threats of Trading Standards and the Consumer Complaints Ombudsmen to both Samsung and Curry's, neither will replace the machine!
