I recently had a malfunction on my water quality meter and urgently required a service. I contacted the service center and was told that I would receive a new unit free of charge. I work in South Africa and the unit was delivered within 3 weeks from the USA. Unfortunately, I gave the wrong unit number (my mistake) for my water quality meter and received the wrong unit. I then contacted the service center and asked if I could send the unit back. Their response was that I shouldn't worry and that they would replace the original unit free of charge. I received the unit today and am over the moon with the brilliant service provided by Extech instruments.
