I am a Samsung loyal fans and have been holding several Samsung phones. On 13 July I have purchased a Samsung galaxy note. However, I notice that my phone is always lagging, the camera is not functioning and the video is being so blurred. During Mid October I brought my phone back to the customer service center and they came out with a report claiming that the camera, LCD and the PBA are defeative. I understand that SAMSUNG has no practice for one to one exchange but the service of the officer handling this case is really insulted me. Firstly, I have requested the LOW YAT SERVICE CENTRE to logged a report to the management regarding this issue and the supervisor promised will escalate this issue to their management. However it has been almost a week and still there is no reply from the management. Therefore, I tried several ways to contact SAMSUNG by calling and email them. From the trailing emails, the officer claimed that 30 minutes checking for the phone in the service centre is not enough for them to prove that the phone is defective, and even it is, they will only repair the phone. I am truely understand about this but i would like to highlight a point to you, when i first use on this phone, it is already spoilt (camera and video are so blur). If you need some evidence, I can provide you the pictures that captured during that period. However, Malaysia SAMSUNG provide a very bad service to their customer by keep ignore the complaints and giving them empty promises. I am being so furious to MALAYSIA SAMSUNG SERVICE. Hence, I would like to ask for ways to escalate my complaint to the global site. I have already reported this issue to National Consumer Complaints Centre in Malaysia and MALAYSIA SAMSUNG is still ignoring the complaints.
