I called and made claim on 11-5 for charging issues with my note cell phone after many talks to att and taking the advise to try different chargers with no luck. I found out on 11-5*2013 that i was 8 days out of warranty and it would cost me 70-100 to poss repair my phone. Really??? The charging port on a phone should last longer than that. I have several other samsung products in my home and have not had an issue with them. I have 3 other co workers that have had the same charging issue with their phones from samsung as well. I request that you please either repair or reaplce my phone at no cost to me for customer service. There are tons of mentions on the internet for this issue with your product. I plan on using my upgrade in oct with another samsung product but now i have to think about this since your products are having issues with this charging port.
