I purchased a galaxy note 2 cell phone from rogers via mail
The full screen of my phone is cracked it was not dropped there have been other phones with the same issues I have contacted rogers which tell me the warranty does not cover it also samsung that are also not helping with this at all it was a very expensive phone of which when you want to buy there all there for you but when theres a problem no one is available Samsung gave me a transaction # which is 5105211244
