I purchased a Google Chrome notebook from Best Buy in Westfield Indiana on Saturday, December 8 - paid in FULL.
They were out of stock at the store. I was told that there was one at a store about 15 miles away and it could be transferred to my Best Buy store.
After almost an hour and seven sales representatives trying to get the order in the system I was told that my chrome book would be delivered in a couple of days. I called on Monday and was told it should be in on Tuesday.
It is now Wednesday and I spoke with somebody and they told me that the earliest my purchase would be at the store is on Friday or possibly Monday.
Five days later it was finally explained to me that it had to go from Indianapolis Washington Square store to Chicago Illinois back to the Westfield store.
Absolutely terrible customer service - Both in the store during purchase and afterword!
