I ordered a front chrome bumper for an Oldsmobile Cutlass 1971-72 on 6-21-04. I was charged $430.00 on my credit card on the same date. I tried to contact them 6 times during the month of October and then cancelled the order on 10-21-04 and still haven't received my refund. I did fax him a letter on 10-30-04 and he e-mailed me and told me that he had run into a glitch and I would receive my bumper by the end of November. I have attempted to contact him 9 times since then by phone and through e-mail and have received absolutely nothing as a response.
