We purchased a microwave at Best Buy and within 20 days it broke, wouldnt heat up, not light - nothing. We tried to return to Best Buy but they have a 15 day return policy! That is unacceptable! So we called LG, said they were going to mail me something about a rebate. I didnt understand anything they were saying. So I waited. Nothing. Then I wrote them and complained. They wrote back saying that the steps I went through did not get to the right department so I waited some more to hear from them. Nothing. Then I wrote them again, said they would email me the rebate letter. I got the letter and it stated I had a air conditioner! WTH? So I called them to complain. The customer care rep was not only rude but wouldnt help us at all. Kept talking about our issue with being upset, but did not address how to move forward and even hung up on us. Then we called and wrote again! By now, its been several weeks waiting for them, in the mean time we have no microwave oven because their rebate policy is we purchase another microwave. At this point Im DONE with them, I dont want their products EVER! I will never ever buy from them! All they had to do with quickly give me an exchange or a refund. That simple. Now they lost a customer, and all the people I know will know about this situation! Thanks to Facebook and the like!
