After reading all the complaints on wells fargo i agree with alot of people on here. Its time for everyone who has a wells fargo account to sue the hell out of them. I myself have had it. Their people are not customer service they are bullies sitting behind a desk. They have screwed my account up so bad that i'm waiting on repo man. I make my payments every month. They may get to them five days pass due day but i'm no 30 days late. They changed my account number without telling, they changed where i send my payments to without telling me, when i ask for reason they were showing 258.00 in late fees i still haven't seen anything. They went from payment booklet to statements being sent each month in which i still have not seen.
As i see it its down to the point that i want a ceo to call me explaining this or we all need to go to newspapers tv radio get our message across. I told them not to call me anymore. I really want a repo man to show up at my house. I have got every employee number who calls me and name. I know they call from kansas. I pay a high interest rate on this loans as is. Wells fargo needs to back off and start better business practice. The owner may find that he has no business to go to.
