One June 10th I purchased two phones from them and signed up with T-mobiles family plan. They sent me the rebate forms for T-mobile (which I got back fine) and their rebate form. I had spoken with a representative before ordering and no mention of having to wait until my third bill came out.
Well, my third bill was late because of T-Mobile but I made it in on time. I sent it certified mail return receipt and they didn't sign for it until Oct 7th but it was still within their timeframe for receipt.
The rebate form said to wait 8 weeks. 8 weeks went by and I called the rebate number (not a toll free one) and was told it was two months which made it December 7th.
One December 14th I called them again and they said it would take an additional 10-14 days for the check to be processed. That would have been at the latest the 21st.
On the 27th I called as no rebate check. They again said to wait an additional 10-14 days. I found an email address on the Better Business Bureau's web site and emailed "Randy" and filed a complaint.
I received an email yesterday saying the check was processed on the 25th even though the rebate center had told me it hadn't been processed yet on the 28th. I had asked to speak with a supervisor and was refused. I asked to speak with the president of the company and was told they didn't know who the president was!
As of today, no rebate check but the email said I had included everything I needed.
I suggest that a complaint be filed with the online better business bureau if you have problems. Too many people don't know about this web site to check it before dealing with a vendor.
