I had service thru AT&T, fulfilled my contract obligations and decided to switch carriers. Only to find out that although my service could be pro-rated if I were a new client, I had to wait until the end of my billing cycle. So after I was forced to pay for a service that I did not want, I switched carriers. Now over a year later I get repeated phone calls which say I Somehow owe money. I cannot talk to a person to find out why or even how much. I think the mob used to use tactics like this called racketeering, except its my credit their screwing with and not my kneecaps
