I placed an order November 6, which was immediately charged to my credit card. When I didn't receive myoorder on time for my event, I emailed service to express my dissatisfaction and requested a refund. I received an email back saying it would be "looked into". No response after that.
I sent another email when I received no response and was again told that it would be taken care of. Again, no communication after that. When I received my statement MID-DECEMBER, I noticed no refund still. Since there is no phone number associated with this ccompany online, I had no choice but to contact service through email again. This time I received no response, when I demanded my money.
It is now January 10, more than 2 months later. I still have not received my refund I WANT MY MONEY BACK! I am going to pursue this by any means possible! HAVEN'T THESE PEOPLE HEARD OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I will never give them a good recommendation and I will be filing a report with the state of Texas attorney general, as well as the BBB.
