Received the product in March. Tried the product as stated without any better results then the existing antenna that I owned. Returned the product on 3/11/04 and was signed for by a Gilbreath on 3/23/04. You can confirm the tracking number via ups.com #1Z8088240310030765 I have been promised that the company has resubmitted the credit on 10/21/04 and again on 11/12/04. Buyer should beware of this company. After several calls, I am not impressed with the actions of this company. They would not confirm or prove any credit was ever issued when asked for a fax confimnation or send a receipt of a credit. This company hsa SCAM written all over it.
