I recieved my Xium Direct Antenna on 7/20. It wasn't any better than what I already had. Since this product had a money back guarante, I felt it was worth a try.
I followed all the proper procedures for returning this item. My tracking # is 1z6x33500346862042. They recieved the product on 8/6 and was signed for by "Gilbreath".
I called customer service on 11/1 and was told that they had credited my account. I told them that I had never recieved that credit. He said he would run it through again and to check my account in about 3 days.
I just checked my credit card account online (11/21) and still no credit had been issued. I will call them again tomorrow. Then I will notify my credit card company.
I got this ad out of a Magazine. I will also notify them.
