I ordered the LifeProof Protective case for the iPhone 5 on 11/22. I paid by my debit card for a total of $61.94 and was given an order Id of #1584. On 11/24 it was confirmed that my order was received and my phone case would be sent out by 11/28 They also stated in that email that if there was any problems with my payment or the item was out of stock that I would be contacted by email. On Dec 5th I was sent an email stating that my order was shipped and they included tha tracking number. On Dec 11th I sent them another email stating that I did not receive the product and they had already taken my payment. I had also contacted the authorized.net company about this company and they said there was nothing that they could do. The tracking number that they sent was just a general number they was never sent out through the usps. I told this company that I wanted a full refund and they have yet to contact me and I doubt that they ever will. I told them that I would be contacting the attorney generals office if I did not get a resolution. I intend to check out this mailing address in Rye NY.
