On 28 December, I ordered 2 computer parts for a total of $185.00. The site said in stock and generally next day shipping. The next day I got email thanking me for my order and stating they would send a tracking link when shipped.
On 13 January I sent email inquiring about the link.
On 19 Jan I noticed the price had been lowered over $30 each unit, and I sent another email. Phone calls were not answered.
On 20 Jan I sent a more detailed email outlining order date, price, email I received regarding tracking info forthcoming, etc. I asked them to contact me by email or phone.
That day I received email stating the products were sent 17 Jan.
On 30 Jan I received email stating the product was defective and that is why they had cancelled my order. Minutes later I received the exact same email from them.
The products (2 brand new Seagate Hard Drives) come factory-sealed in an anti-static mylar bag.
