Bradley Kost rip-off! I paid for item won on ebay, never got it!

I won an amplifier thru ebay, i sent my payment, "money order" he got it cashed it and never sent the item i won, i won a kicker car amplifier, model kx600.1, i know his ebay account has been suspended already... Please read his feedback, I know he has done this kind of rip offs before by looking at his feedback... I really want my money back
