Sent the regular DS Spiderman game instead of the 3DS, 5 days before Christmas. I was told after calling customer service that there were no more available for shipment! Niether was it in stock at my local Toys r us! She also told me that she did not know if I could return it to the store for another game. This is very inconvenient. Now I have to drive 40 minutes away to see if they will exchange it for a diffrent game. I'm also very upset considering I paid shipping and now I have to spend more money on gas. This is the last time I order from Toys r us!
