I ordered 3 toys from toys r us and shipped directly to my friend's house. I paid $4.95 each to gift wrap almost $15 for the three. My gifts arrived unwrapped. I emailed them three times the past 9 days and no reply. The last email I sent returned a ticket number auto email reply that I will be contacted shortly. That was Wednesday, it's already Sunday night and still nothing. I tried to call them but the wait time was more than 30 minutes. Their website promises a response within 24 hours. Needless to say I will not order from them again and will warn everybody I know of the scam.
