Never again will I use Home Depot online or telephone ordering!!!
I tried to order online on Nov 18, and for the whole day the site would not take my order. I called in an order that afternoon, and the intent was to have the item shipped to WA. C022015778. When the confirmation came in, I noticed the shipping location was my home. I called and explained the situation and got a correction number, 504180, to have the item shipped to my son in WA.
Yesterday the item arrived at our door. My husband is returning it to a local store, and we will now shop at Lowes!
