A few weeks ago I foolishly ordered a FREE 30 day supply of Suvaril. After taking the product for two weeks, I called and cancelled. It was obvious that the product was not as advertised. I cancelled the programs and asked that nothing further be shipped to me or charged on my credit card. Both requests were ignored. They charged my account in the amount of $70, and about 10-14 days after receiving my credit card bill and seeing the charge, I received a package from them. The outside package had been opened as well as the inside packets of pills. With all the talk of tampering of products, I wouldn't even think of taking anything that came in an opened package. I called their customer service number, and was treated very badly. The representative was rude and argumentative, and after listening to her rant and rave for a few minutes, I asked to speak to her supervisor or manager. After being on hold for several minutes, the supervisor came on the line and was even more rude and argumentative.
The only thing I want out of this is a $70 credit from them on my credit card account. Whatever you can do to help me to achieve that goal would be greatly appreciated.
I will send them a request for a refund in the form of a letter. I will also email them as well as phone them again. Again, thank you for whatever you can do in this matter.
