Berkeley ripoff Fraudulant Billing Unauthorized charges to credit card Berkeley has falsely advertised and they have shown poor business ethics. Ohio

Berkeley guaranteed money back if not satisfied - FALSE! I was told to cancel if I didn't want the product anymore within 30 days. Before the 30 days were up I received another shippment and ANOTHER CHARGE IN THE AMOUNT OF 140.00.

This deception with my credit card angered me! I contacted the company to tell them I will send their product back to them and they could credit my accountthe 140.00. The customer service rep was rude and did not want to help me nor REFUND MY MONEY! I was told 2 different things about the 30 day call-when I ordered over the phone they said to call to cancel within 30 days of receiving product now they state that I should have called within 30 of phone order.

Regardless - their product is satisfactory and their business as a whole is a joke. I see that this is obviously just a fast money making HOAX. Berkeley has falsely advertised and they have shown poor business ethics. I want my money refunded to my card. I did not request the 2nd shippment of pills and would not have requested them if they were FREE. I want my 140.00... PLEASE
