On August 25 I was informed while applying for a home refinance that Sallie Mae had reported to all three credit bureaus for being behind on my payment to Sallie Mae Servicing when in fact my loan was in forebearance. I am in the process of fighting them now. For some reason I cannot get above the first level supervisors. Anyone with any luck please let me know.
