No customer service people to speak to company is so out of touch and so out-dated

I have be unable to speak with a service rep since CMS took over the Spiegel account. This company is so out of touch and so out-dated that they will not allow payments by phone, online or anyway except thru the mail that they just keep racking up the late fees. I have sent numeous payments in what I considered a timely manner only to receive an additional late fee. What a racket they have going on!

Today I am paying my account of in full and never want to do business with this company again. They have taken the last penny they will ever receive from me.

If there is any legal action to be taken please include me.
