I ordered a "free trail" language CD. Low & behold they didn't hear back from me and took it as a sign that I want to pay $256 for their language program. I was out of the country and didn't even open their first shipment. Upon returning, I have a second package waiting on me & am billed for that as well. I called Customer service, went up the chain as far as they let me... No help.
One girl offered to send me a return label for the second shipment which is still in their "return window", but they wouldn't work w / me on returning the 1st shipment. It is in an open opened box, I didn't even touch it or agree to pay for it. Still they won't accept it back.
When speaking to the manager (Michelle Roskos), she was equally unaccommodating & made it a point to say she wasn't going to send me a return label that was promised by the girl in customer service. Really? I asked if it was because I was complaining, she said No. I have my doubts. I begged her to except the unopened return & explained that I was away on a family emergency & didn't even open the box... She said that she can drop down the amount I owe by 25% & If I didn't pay it will remain in collections... Lovely Lady (not)
