I ordered the 6 week body makeover and with this diet they push these pills to help speed up your metabolism.
Well they didn't work for me. I used the diet once before it worked fine without the pills. Then I decided to try them when I went back on it. Well they didn't do anything for me. So after the first set I decided I didn't want them anymore. I called in cancelled them. At the time I had just received a new shipment and told them I wanted to return them because they didn't work. They gave me this number that I must write down to send back with their package to get my money back. I never opened their box. Well life came into play and I got busy with work and moving. 11 business days later I called them to tell them I forgot to ship them and they told me its too late. If I try to send them back they would just send them back to me. I was told there is a warranty on them so I was beyond that date so I could not return them. When I made the original order I was told to try them and if they weren't working for me I could return them. Then this customer service rep tells me if I bought it at Walmart or some place like that I wouldn't be able to return them either. I said if I had a receipt I could or get an in store credit. Also they refused to give me to a general manager twice. They wouldn't tell me who is in charge or who was running their office. They told me to write a letter and that they have been in business for 20 yrs so what I have to say doesn't matter. I'm not sure these pills are effective or even safe, but I think people should think before they order from them, because it's more like a scam. What store would refuse to take back their product if it's unopened and you had your receipt and that the product DOESN'T work for them. To me that's bad customer service. So now they keep my money while I have these pills that are useless to me. Great company right?
