I had signed up for a Microsoft exam and canceled online at least three times 2 days in advance, but after each online cancel my appointment still showed as active. I tried to talk to a real person at Prometric and the only way I was able to speak to a human was to select the wrong option with their automated system. That person said I had the wrong department and after 5 tries and three hours later to get a real human I was at a loss. I have requested a refund and sent several emails to no avail with no response at all. I have been truly "ripped off". Another thing that bothers me is that my boss witnessed everything, I even called the testing center twice 2 days in advance and explained my difficulty in canceling and they explained it had to be done through Prometric.
I am disgusted with the horrible business practices of this company and am reporting to the BBB as well as Microsoft.
