Ripoff false advertisement and not giving the lifetime warranty with the Wireless Terminal

On July 23 we received a wireless terminal called a link point 9100, from CARDSERVICE INTERNATIONAL, upon receiving the machine, they did not include the life time warranty that was suppose to come with the machine. They also avertised that with the purchase or lease of terminal I would receive a BONUS GIFT of a FREE DVD PLAYER.

I was told by Jason who is the owner, to our knowledge, Alex Santillo is the Sales Representative that I dealt with then he referred us to the Jason. We called in lieu of finding out why we had not received the lifetime warranty and the DVD PLAYER, after speaking to Jason, I was informed that the lifetime Warranty would be mailed out on Friday, July 23, and that I would receive the warranty on Monday July 26, between 8:00A.M. And 11:00a. M by AIRBORNE EXPRESS MAIL and that the DVD PLAYER WILL ARRIVE ON TUESDAY, July27 by the same carrier. When the lifetime warranty didn't arrive on Monday, at the time expected.

I called to speak with Jason, he quickly wanted to get off the phone and informed me that he was going to call AIRBORNE EXPRESS and find out why we did not recieve the package, and that he would call me right back. That phone call was never returned and since that date I have not received a phone call, nor the DVD PLAYER, today is Tuesday July 27.

I feel that this company has defrauded my company in lieu of doing business with them. With false advertisement and not giving the lifetime warranty with the Wireless Terminal (LINK POINT). Now my concern is what is going to be done about this bad agreement. This terminal has been paid for in full. I need the better business bureau to investigate and assist me in getting the lifetime warranty that is needed for this machine. THIS MACHINE HAS ALREADY BEEN SETUP WITH THE BANK Linked to our business account, COLE AND COLE QUALITY MERCHANTS.

I request for your help in trying to resolve this problem. We Thank You in advance for your help. Should we need to pursue this with an attorney, please let us know. A letter is being mailed to ask them to honor the agreement that was made to send us the lifetime warranty that should have arrived with the WIRLESS TERMINAL *LINK POINT *. We would like to resolve this matter without having to consult an attorney. Thank you for your help and your understanding.
