Support kids took a large payment from the attorney generals office that was sent in by my ex before support kids had ever even done any work or made contact with my ex at all. The payment was sent in randomly by him just a few weeks after I signed up with supportkids. Support kids says they don't take fees from payments that they did have a part in collecting but this is not true. They kept promising to return my calls but never did and then they closed my case when I instructed the attorney general to revoke my authorization for them to route my payments to supportkids. If you want to keep supportkids from taking your payments that come through the attorney generals office just file the form with the attorney generals office (form #1A005-revocation of authorization to provide information/payments).
