I applied about 3 months ago. They stated cost at 19.95, toward the end of conversation a 149.95 charge was discussed to be charged after time expired. Three dyas later both charges were taken.
As soon as i received my package i called to cancel. Recording stated within seven days money would be returned. After three weeks i called another number and was dirceted to write a letter, i did. But got no response. Went to the bank today, 7/23/04, and found out that this company is still removing 19.95 a month from my account. Please if there is something i can do please tell me.
