Cash Link Systems is more than simply a rip off. These guys are outright criminals! Like many of you out there I was ripped off by Cash Link Systems. I have taken an undesirable crash course in the scrip ATM industry in less than two months. After I was foolish enough to invest in one of the larger packages of terminals with Cash Link Systems I quickly found out that our business partnership was a big hoax and that these guys are plain crooks who make a living by bilking people out of their hard earned money (in my case much of it borrowed, and still to be paid back).
The scum bag I was dealing with at Cash Link Systems (whose name I will not mention at this time) told me that the locaters at Cash Link Systems are the best. He told me that they could find locations for all my machines in a month and that it shouldn't take longer than that (then I find out there are people with 3 machines who haven't had them located after six months or more). He told me that Cash Link Systems had a strict criteria for all locations they placed machines in of 300 to 600 people foot traffic per day, seven days a week. I made it clear that my investing in terminals with Cash Link Systems was strictly based on all those statements he made, and I made sure to include an added provision to the contract that Cash Link Systems agrees to find and guarantee ALL locations for the buyer. (I wanted to make sure they were contractually bound to find all the locations for me or they would face a breach of contract).
I told this low life that I would have to borrow the rest of the money and that ONLY if the machines could be placed relatively close to the time frame of "ONE MONTH", he so confidently bragged about, that only then would I go forward with the investment, because I had people I had to begin paying back as soon as possible. I made it clear I did not want to be sitting here with machines a few months from now and if that were the case then I was not interested.
Once they cashed my checks that was the end of them returning my phone calls and I was left with some locater who started two weeks before he was assigned to me. He was completely inept at finding even appointments for any prospective locations. I asked him a question or two about the terminals, where the information was plainly written in the information packet, just to see if he really knew anything about these machines he was supposed to be finding leads for. He said, Hold on let me ask some one, and put me on hold. And this guy was supposed to set me up with leads! How? This was the top notch locating services I was so heavily bragged to about.
The bastard at Cash Link Systems told me whatever would get me to round up the money and send it over to them, even agreeing to include in the contract their obligation to find ALL locations. You see this guy from Cash Link wasn't scared about facing a breach of contract because he knew that Cash Link Systems' days were numbered, and that neither he, nor they, would ever have to face any consequences.
That was late May. Just a mere two months ago. Some of you may be aware that Cash Link Systems has been raided by the Post Office (a police sector of the Postal department) who confiscated their files. Their offices are now vacant and they are not operating anymore it appears. On Wednesday the 14th of July they began forwarding their calls to an answering service in Colorado, next it was busy signals, and now I don't know what since I stopped calling. Even my locater has his cell phone shut off at all times and a service message comes on saying this subscriber can not receive messages at this time, for a week now.
They have taken all of our money and RUN. You see that is why I call them criminals, because the more I've found out about Cash Link Systems I quickly became aware that they're plan from the day they opened the business one year ago July was to swindle as many people, for as long as they could get away with it, and disappear. And now that's what they've done.
I have been in contact with several distributors who have been ripped off by Cash Link Systems. I have spoken to numerous other company owners who deal in scrip ATM machines and they have told me of countless tales of people who have called them to say they have been ripped off by Cash Link. I have spoken a number of times to an old employee of a locating company who personally located for Cash Link Systems and characterized them as very bad people. I have filed a report with the FBI. I have been in contact with a reporter from the ABC affiliate in Miami channel 10 news who informed me yesterday that he did a report on this corrupt company both on the 6:00pm news Friday the 16th and again on Tuesday the 20th of July. He does the Crime Stoppers segment for channel 10. His name is Peter Dentch (I'm not sure how you spell his last name). He informed me that there are 52 complaints in the state of Florida alone to the Attorney General of that State about Cash Link Systems.
Any media attention we can get should be helpful in bringing the spotlight on these guys, and trying to make sure they can't just get away with only having to pay some petty government fine, while avoiding having to pay back all those they've ripped off across the country.
I have been in the process of trying get in touch with as many people as I can who have useful information that can help put these criminals in their rightful place (a prison cell).
I have also hope to correspond with as many folks as possible that have been ripped off by Cash Link Systems as we attempt to get our money back, if possible.
Those who were behind the curtain running Cash Link Systems are big time criminals and the more I have been uncovering about this racket of theirs I would go so far as to suggest they are career (white collar) criminals. They set this company/scheme up a year ago and now they will fold, hide their assets, claim bankruptcy, get away with stealing all our money, and then pop up under a different name in a different state and pull the same shit all over again. (Look up Ameripos, Merchant Payment Solutions, Global Vending).
This is not the first time a scrip ATM scam of this kind has been pulled. And if bastards like these have their way it won't be the last.

I for one don't intend to pay an additional $450 -$650 per machine to have each one reprogrammed AND located, when these pricks at Cash Link were charging 10 to 15 times the price that you can buy these Nurit 2085 scrip terminals anywhere else.
