Marketshare Share Licensing (MSL) owes my company a deposit return for the amount of $10,709.00. I have made numerous demands for the monies due. Mr. Nedwick and his company MSL are legally obliged to return the funds. We have all the necessary documents to prove that Mr. Nedwick and MSL have absolutely no rights in holding back the immediate return of funds.
Mr. Nedwick and MSL did not come through with the goods, (T-Shirts) they never purchased or had exclusive rights to the goods. Mr. Nedwick has fradulently misrepresented himsellf and MSL as the owner of the goods. Mr. Nedwich refuses to return the funds stating that it was a non-fundable deposit and yet he can not prove this statement. I have the proof to the contrary that his statement is entirely false. This should of been a simple mater, NO GOODS, NO DEAL just return the funds. I believe the Mr. Nedwick has illegally miss used the funds.
I appreciate any help in this matter,
Very truly yours
