Have required reimbursement of tendered deposit to get a build-out to get a franchise company. A declaration on the purchase purchase contract claims that, if susceptible to 3rd party financing and return of deposit; "in case that Customer is not able to acquire funding, then this contract will immediately end, neither party will have any more legal responsibility hereunder and any down payment tendered will be delivered to Customer."
I've required a reimbursement of deposit because of not obtaining funding. I've not been provided a refund as required plus they acknowledge that I'm due a reimbursement, but just provide it in funds of 13 weeks. Used to do not deliver them financing. I sent deposit that they must return entirely. The organization consultant doesn't contact me back or email me to come back my reimbursement of deposit.
The corporation is training scam to potential customeris of the goods. They have to be punished and ceased due to their illegitimate exercise! Beware all!
