Ripoff sent fairfax over $500 for loan deposit they sent my loan to me and phone is disconnected

I western union $509.60 fairfax financial attn larry robinson on June 06. I was told that I would recieve my loan within 10 days.

I called on the 14th of June and was told I would recieve it by the 16th.

I even ask if the money is not in my account what should I do, I was told it would be in the account for sure.
The money was not in my account on the 16th by 4:00pm that day so I tried to call and all lines were busy.

I was still able to fax so I faxed severel letters asking for someone to respond, no one ever did.
I also emailed them three times and never got a reponse from that either. I kept triring to call and the lines were busy everyday, untill friday the 18th when I called all lines had been disconnected.

I have also sent a certified letter to them requesting my money back and they have not responding to that.
