Ripoff! Incorrect billing, not living up to contract! Have not delivered as promised!

This company is a complete scam. They have not delivered the services they promised, have billed incorrectly and have fraudlently cashed a voided check. They have not delivered the two cell phones as promised. They are completly non-responsive to all requests.
