Attempt to collect student loans from DEAD person

Received a letter @ my home address, addressed to Dale Welsh. Letter from American Education Services was threatening legal action re: alleged unpaid student loans for Dale Welsh.

Dale Welsh died in 2006—American Education Services is just a tad late asking for repayment. To my knowledge, they will not verify where, when, or how much is owed for alleged student loans owed by the DECEASED Dale Welsh.
