Gina Miles may be an Olympic Equestrian but she does not keep her word. She solicited my horse for 2 months, did several vet checks that were all successful, signed a bill of sale on October 9 and two weeks later did not really have the money to buy the horse.
Gina took possession of the horse, she is supposed to be a professional. She does have a reputation as a bully, DO YOU really want a bully teaching your kid to ride? She still has the horse and threatened to stop the insurance on the horse, charge me for boarding the horse all because she could not come up with the money to buy the horse.
There is no financing provision in the contract she signed, either she is stupid enough to think she can do what she wants with expensive animals and their owners or she is trying to negotiate a lower price for the horse.
Gina is not to be trusted, we will now have to sue her for mitigated damages. She would not even honor the $3,250.00 deposit, what kind of person is she really??? Who knows if she even paid the vet who did all the vet checks, there are rumors.
