In a recent review of my credit bureau report, I noticed that this collection account had been included in my report for some 1200 for an alleged outstanding debt owed to Capella University.interestingly, education expenses have been solely through student loans. Also, this company is in direct violation of the FDCPA. Never received any notification of an alleged debt, which by law, I am entitled to challenge any alleged outstanding debt prior to collection action. This opportunity was never afforded to me and this company simply chose to report derogatory information in my credit bureau files.
