I purchased a nokia 6560 with an advertised rebate of $100 if I agreed to a 24 month service plan. I submitted the orginial purchase receipt, Orginal UPC Bar code cut from the box on 1-13-04. I received an email stating that I had not included the bar code.
I resubmitted (2-10-04) a copy of the orginal rebate package and never heard from the company. Called on several occasions and only got the run around about I'm sorry we can't do anything for you.
This is a very disappointing thing to have not one but two companies involved in.
