I had bought two Blackberry phones in May in exchange for a Nokia which did not have the feature I needed. This was under the family plan. They advertised that the phone comes for free after the mail in rebates.
I submitted the mail in rebate forms as per the requirement on the 7th of December and received confirmation of the rebate application. The rebate form had two parts, a customer loyalty rebate for $100 and Mail-in Voice and Data rebate for $150.
I kept checking the status for the past couple of months and also waiting for the rebates. The status says, the Mail-In Voice and Data rebate started saying the costomer is not eligible.
The customer loyalty rebate says it is processing for 3 months now. Also, they have listed only one for the customer loyalty rebate and have no information about the other. On the whole a rip-off for 500 bucks.By far the worst.
