Yesterday, I bought a smart card that will enable me to speak for 10 minutes to Syrian. Within the second minute the call was disconnected. I kept trying after that but the line was busy. I tried today only to get a recording that said your balance is insufficient. I called the 800 number and spoke to Joe who in turn forwarded my call to a Manager name John. John claims that no credit will be given because the company has the right to increase the rates without any notice. It just so happened that the rates went up since yesterday. So I was only able to talk for 2 minutes on a 10 minutes card.
I hope they really do record conversation because I made sure to include all this in the call.
In addition, the manager was sarcastic. This was not the first time they get a call like this.
