I purchased a start up kit for a work at home program which cost $9.95 where that was debited twice out of my account, while I was evaluating everything including a conference call, I noticed another debit of $39.95 out of my account without notice or knowledge of why they went into my account without my knowledge. I spoke to Diane Kucks who said she returned the money into my account and would send my an email conformation of this, but she never did. I feel ripped off.
