I got duped into this membership by another company. Savings 2 Go debited my account for 8.00 without my knowledge. When I called the customer service department, I was told that this was on hold to make sure my account was a valid one and after 3 to 5 days the money would be returned to my account. I believe that is just so they can make sure that money is in the account in order to debit more from it at a later time. I was not notified that this money was going to be debited from my account and they won't even let me cancel the membership. But that's alright, because I am just going to close the account and file a complaint with my credit union. I am also going to file a complaint with the BBB and have an investigation for fraud done by the Consumer Regulatory Commission.
