I believe our Miami-Dade County family court system and the 11th Circuit Court will be truly flawed by allowing Diane Van Ness to speak at the 2009 FLAFCC Conference in Tampa.
Is this the kind of behavior we want to represent us?
If we truly move forward and "Think Out of the Box, " then this is probably the most damaging person we can have speaking about the topic to which we dedicate our professional lives.
