My checking account was debited $30 without my knowledge from Palm Loan Advance. I had did another payday loan online, but from another company. Palm Loan Advance isn't the company that funded my account. They never funded my account, but they took money out. I have not been able to talk to anyone yet, because I have to call after normal business hours. The bank had to freeze my account, and now I have to go in the branch and change my account information. This is very frustrating and time consuming. I have several direct deposits going into my account, and now I have to call them and give them all new information. But at this moment, I can't take ny money out for gas or anything.
