EDMC the big daddy to South University, Brown Mackie, Art Institute, and Argosy, is getting sued to the tune of... 11 billion dollars.
I worked in admissions for Laureate for several years and I am wondering when the government will finally get ahold of this crooked organization. I have seen many people fired for not hitting their enrollment and start numbers.
I have never commented on rip off reports, but I left the admissions racket earlier this year because of how horrible it has become. I went through 7 Directors/V.P.'s at the school I worked at. Some of them comically have moved to campus president jobs and many of them were just outright fired for not hitting their numbers.
Do yourself a favor and never work for Laureate schools. The only own a few in the U.S. They are Kendall, Walden, CSF, New School, and NHU. The education field should not be ran this way. Tuition just keeps rising at alarming rates at these for-profit dumps.
Can't wait to see rebuttals from some moronic admissions people defending their pathetic jobs.
