They did not keep good record of my account and I got behind a month although their records showed that I was current for several months. When they corrected their mistake they wouldn't show me written proof that I was behind. I was going thorugh a divorce and I could not find all my receipts.
They made rude, belittling, harassing phone calls to me, and my mother at her work. Although they spoke to me they also called my neighbors to deliver messages.
I sent a written request to all the Green Tree addresses that I had to contact me only by U.S. Mail. I sent copies to the Mississippi and Louisanna's Attorney General's Offices and to BBB in both states. I received a reply from the MS BBB.
As far as I know my account is current. I do have my receipts now and if I have to I will get a lawyer to handle it for me.
