I have read all of your complaints and I couldn't agree more! Green Tree needs a review of the collection rules a set in the FDCPA and FTC Act. It is up to us to make so much noise that Green Tree will sit up and notice. Call the sole owner of Green Tree, Walter Investment Management Corp.in Tampa Fl 813-421-7600. Refuse to be a victim of Green Tree. Do NOT allow Walter to transfer you to Jeff Moore, V.P. Of Green Tree Customer Service Department.inSIST on speaking to someone from Walter Investment only. I have registered complaints with the Attorney General and with the FTC with regard to Green Tree and the collectors that call. If we all shout loud enough, Green Tree, the FTC, and Walter Corp. Will listen. Stand together and we can change this!!!
