Took money out of my debit account without my permission

This company didn't ever cancel my account I made sure to call them and and the lady I talked to still tried to sell me something else. Very bad customer service and they took out 14.95 out of my account with out my permission. It was a fradulent charge to MWI Homeworks plus on my account
