MWI Connections/Homeworks/Essentials illegally charges my account for months. When continuosly asked why all they say is that I authorized them to. When asked for proof, the say that they don't have access to that information. When asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told numerous times that it was just the customer service reps, and that there was no one else to speak to me. This company needs to be put out of business.
